I noticed this stand at the Food Building in the Canadian National Exhibition last night in Toronto. I talked to the owners for a bit, they used to run a restaurant in Brampton but now only set up shop here every summer. The perogies and the cabbage rolls were very good, the last day of the CNE is tomorrow so if you get a chance check them out!
Oh man do I ever miss perogies.. Been living in England for 5 years, and thus far I have found only one restaurant serving them in London, and there referred to as ‘scandinavian potato dumplings’ And you cannot find them in shops! 🙁
